- Clients pay service fees monthly in advance.

The arbitration shall be conducted as follows:
- The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India.
- A sole arbitrator shall be appointed mutually by both parties. In case of disagreement, the appointment shall be made in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
- Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
